The old Authority is gone. A new Authority has taken its place.
Most of the original team was trashed by a new team composed of members with very familiar looks, but sporting all-new code names. Government sponsored and approved, focus-group tested, ethnically and politically diverse, the new Authority plays by a different rule book.
